We pride ourselves on being socially and environmentally conscious, from planting a tree for every apartment we furnish to ensuring our products are as sustainable as possible.
Since joining LOFT in 2018 there have been some fantastic changes these have included growing our London presence with a fantastic warehouse, developing more charity partners to donate furniture to and seeing all teams grow massively. I work closely with all teams in the business and it is safe to say we have an amazing bunch of people, that is what makes us a market-leading company. I am lucky to work with some of the largest names in the property industry daily meaning that no two days are ever the same - that is why I love my job.

Employee Assistance Program
The wellbeing of every one of our team matters to us. Our Employee Assistance Programme means that, whatever the issue, support and advice is just a phone call away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have partnered with Westfield Health who have qualified counsellors, legal advisors and nurses ready to help with anything from stress, bereavement or relationship advice to health and money worries.
Health Cash Plan
Members of our Health Cash Plan are able to claim cash reimbursements for routine and emergency healthcare. We’ve partnered with BHSF to provide a cash plan that covers a host of costs including dental and optical costs, physiotherapy and osteotherapy and much more. All members have 24/7 access to a fully qualified GP.

We’ve partnered with Sodexo to bring all LOFT employees a host of benefits that support their health and wellbeing.
