Since joining LOFT in 2018 there have been some fantastic changes these have included growing our London presence with a fantastic warehouse, developing more charity partners to donate furniture to and seeing all teams grow massively. I work closely with all teams in the business and it is safe to say we have an amazing bunch of people, that is what makes us a market-leading company. I am lucky to work with some of the largest names in the property industry daily meaning that no two days are ever the same - that is why I love my job.

The wellbeing of every one of our team matters to us. Our Employee Assistance Programme means that, whatever the issue, support and advice is just a phone call away, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have partnered with Westfield Health who have qualified counsellors, legal advisors and nurses ready to help with anything from stress, bereavement or relationship advice to health and money worries.
