LOFT started out as a family business and we still protect those core values fiercely. Each member of the team is part of the family. We invest heavily from within and know very well that a healthy, happy and strong team can achieve much more than the sum of its parts. We have a group of very talented individuals but it's how we all come together that allows us to be the best at what we do.
