When the students vacate their term-time accommodation and disperse across the country, our client, iQ, has a brief period in which to refurbish, refresh or redesign apartments and shared spaces.
We have played a big part in ensuring that their PBSA assets, from Edinburgh to Brighton are equipped with durable, stylish and on-brand furniture that would guarantee satisfaction with their student tenants.
Our project management team works closely with iQ and their contractors to implement swift and well-organised refurbishment programmes nationwide. Utilising our branded fleet of 35 3.5T vehicles and full installation team, we were able to activate and coordinate a large-scale project in a fully joined-up way.
And because our design team is right under the skin of the iQ brand, every piece of furniture is benchmarked against a brand standard that we developed together.
